We offer a 30-day happiness guarantee. If your squishy doesn't bring the smile, send it back within 30 days for a full refund. Just message us first so we can email you a return label.

So sorry about that! Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement free of charge, no return needed. Your damaged squishy gets to retire peacefully. 🦭💕

You can cancel or update your order within 2 hours of placing it — just reply to your confirmation email or contact us. After that, it's already being packed up and on its way!

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Your bank may take an extra 5-10 days to show the credit on your statement — it varies.

Spot clean with a damp cloth and a tiny bit of mild soap, then air dry. Don't submerge them in water and skip the washing machine — the foam will absorb water and lose its squish forever. 😢

With normal squishing, your MochiMood squishy will stay soft and bouncy for years. Avoid sharp nails, pets who like to chew, and direct sunlight (it can yellow the foam over time).

Probably just cold! Squishies rise slower in cooler temperatures. Warm it up in your hands for a minute or leave it at room temp and it'll bounce back to normal.
